If you are a new client of Gastón’s, please take a few minutes to read up on proper salon etiquette. Gastón wants you to have the best experience possible and knowing the policies below when you come in for your appointment will make your experience with Gastón that much better! Included below is a release waiver for services and a release waiver for photos. Please print them out and bring the completed forms with you to your first appointment.

Refund/Exchange Policy for Services and Products
Retail Product Refund Policy: Gastón Hair Co offers full refunds on all retail products purchased at Gastón Hair Co within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given for any returned retail products.

Services Exchange Policy: Gastón Hair Co does not offer refunds for any services performed at our salon. If you are unhappy with your service or need a correction, Gastón will gladly work with you to find a solution that works for you.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice/Rescheduling Fee
24-Hour Cancellation Notice:
Gastón Hair Co. strives to maintain excellence by making sure that your appointment time is honored by keeping close attention to scheduling times and guest needs.

We ask that all cancellation for appointments, be made by phone call or email at least 24 hours before your reservation time. (Other services may require more notice)
Please note, we do understand that life happens and that you may need to reschedule at times. Please do so!

Guests that have made an appointment and fail to show up or call the salon within the 24 hour period, will be subject to a rescheduling fee before setting up their next appointment. The salon has committed a time for you, and cannot recover it. Please remember that this fee is only for the reservation missed.

Rescheduling Fee:
For missed appointments, a fee of 25$ per hour (that the reservation held) will be assessed before being able to book another appointment.
